Seed Architects has acted as Quality Assurer on numerous projects, applying standardisation and auditing processes to ensure that works and support services are both fit for purpose and in line with clients’ requirements. We use the Quality Tracker system, as defined by the RIBA, CIOB and RICS, for the delivery of projects from inception to completion. Our team recognises that delivering ‘right first-time’ solutions is the most efficient approach, ensuring projects are kept on track and within budget. Seed Architects employs a robust internal process that ensures multiple points of validation and checking are built into our quality assurance services.

Seed Architects recently scrutinised its processes and implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in 2022. This enables the organisation to manage people and systems efficiently whilst illustrating a commitment to continuous improvement. The team’s combined experience in delivering award-winning rail projects, which have stood the test of time over a 20-year period, also illustrates our ability to ensure that we provide a quality service. Furthermore, we conduct a ‘lessons learned’ workshop at the conclusion of all projects in order to drive a process of continual improvement
