What’s in it for you?

Flexible Hours

Our core working hours are 10am until 4pm, within these times everyone has to be in the office. Outside of this it is up to you how you structure your week as long as you work 37.5 hours per week. On Friday provided you have hit this goal you can leave from 1pm.

Regular Team Events

We believe that it’s important to get to know your coworkers outside of work. We have regular team socials whether that be a casual drink after work, a charity event such as last year’s Santa Dash or a competitive activity like darts or bowling.

Professional Subscriptions

We appreciate your efforts and understand the cost involved with being a fully qualified architect, therefore we will pay for your professional subscriptions (Architectural subscriptions restricted to ARB). This is done via reimbursement upon proof of payment.

Holidays

You’ll get 20 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays & the week between Christmas & New Year. Prorated in your first year based on start date or working part time hours. Additional holidays are allocated upon long term service to the company & we offer an annual leave purchase scheme.

Personal Development

We understand that through personal development both you and the practice benefit. We have funding available for training, offer mentorship to all staff, regular presentations from industry experts, practice focus groups and plenty more!
