With overall responsibility for the continual development of Rail Sector projects, Gary takes a hands-on approach in the direction of all projects from inception to completion with continual Client liaison.
Rob Hotchkiss
Director
Rob has over 25 years’ experience working at various award winning practice’s in Manchester, most notably 10 years+ at Stephenson Bell, and Project Team Leader at International Architects Chapman Taylor. Sectors of residential, retail, hotels, educational and commercial office covered. With a knowledge base of delivering high profile complex buildings, he is committed to developing exactly what the client desires, be it a private developer or multinational contractor.
Guida Ferreira
Associate Director
Guida is a dynamic and ambitious architect with design and development flair needed to plan, coordinate, and be involved in all phases of an architectural project. With almost 20 years of experience in the business, Guida has a good knowledge of working throughout all GRIP and RIBA Work Stages taking the Associate Director role mainly on the Rail sector projects from inception to completion.
Lina Keturkaite
Associate Architect
Lina is a qualified Architect passionate about creating and delivering impactful designs that prioritize both client needs and end-user satisfaction in the built environment. She has a well-rounded experience over the last 8 years working through all RIBA stages on various commercial, blue light, student living, education and masterplan projects. Lina enjoys overseeing projects from inception through to completion underscoring the importance of pro-active engagement and design team coordination to deliver quality and longevity to built environment.
Sam Buah
Senior Project Manager
Sam is an experienced Project Manager with circa 20 years proven project management experience in aviation, construction, transport, rail and business development. With an in-depth knowledge and understanding of stakeholder engagement, health and safety management, and risk management, Sam can bring real project leadership in project delivery. He has good knowledge and experience of managing NEC and JCT projects through RIBA work stages. He can engage a wide stakeholder network on projects.
Sam is also a published author of the book ‘The non-project manager’s guide to project management’ and the founder of Sam Buah Foundation, a charitable organisation that seeks to make career opportunities accessible to young and less privileged in our society, especially those coming from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Whitney Hayes
Office Administrator
As the office administrator, Whitney oversees all day-to-day tasks that keep the office running smoothly. She is responsible for answering calls, receiving guests and vendors, organizing invoices and filing, cataloguing and documentation for statutory compliances, and bid writing. Whitney provides immense support to the directors, management team and designers.
Ben Bowden
Head of Marketing
Ben helps with the continued growth of the company by delivering our marketing plan. He is responsible for managing our social media accounts, updating our website, acting as a brand guardian & exploring PR opportunities.
Ben has over 5 years’ experience in graphic design. He previously ran his own creative agency and has established a strong reputation as a public speaker on the topic of design, having spoken to audiences of over 25,000 people on several occasions for the likes of BNP Paribas, the University of Huddersfield & Springpod.
David Rojo
Project Architect
David is a versatile professional who has been working for the architectural industry for over 10 years, collaborating with home and international studios, and being involved in projects in several countries around Europe. He has extensive experience in jobs concerning both new building and restoration, mainly residential and commercial but also office, hospitality, and industrial schemes.
Over the last 6 years working in the UK, he has been involved with concept designing and the planning process, liaising with clients, consultants and planning authorities and has overseen projects to successful completions from start to finish.
Roy O. Amorue
BIM Lead/Architectural Designer
Roy is a qualified architect in UAE with more than 10 years experience in the middle east and Africa honing his skills in concept to detailed design and obtaining planning permission. His passion for improved managing of design and construction information and processes has led him to dedicate himself to BIM along with the latest ISO standards and seek innovative ways of implementing these tools and processes in the industry.
Monty Dobney
Project Architect
Monty is an accomplished Architect, with experience within all RIBA work stages and across the residential, commercial, heritage and transport sectors. He graduated with a Masters of Architecture Distinction from the University of Sheffield, receiving the annual JK Prize in Environmental Design for the embedding of sustainability within all stages of his thesis project. Monty has particular interest in Conservation Architecture and overcoming the challenges of sustainable construction through efficient design, utilising BIM, and increasing architectural reuse.
Carolina Gross
Assistant Project Manager
Carolina began her career as an Architectural Assistant but along the way, found her passion in Project Management. As an Assistant Project Manager, Carolina has the duty to coordinate with stakeholders and assist the Project Manager for the success of the projects in the Rail industry, ensuring they are delivered within time, quality, and budget.
Luke Cullen
Architectural Technician
Luke has nearly 5 years of experience working in the rail industry. Eager to broaden his horizons, he recently went on to study at Manchester College doing a HNC in construction and the built environment. He is now an architectural technician in which his duties include collaborating closely with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings, specifications, models and much more. Luke enjoys helping with 3D modelling and has an interest in sustainable architecture.
Kamila Bochenska
Architectural Assistant
Kamila is an Architectural Assistant who recently completed her Masters in Architecture at Manchester School of Architecture. During her studies, she developed passion for high quality, user-centred design delivering studio projects in the education, cultural and residential sectors. Kamila’s role includes architectural planning and designing whilst also working closely with the team across RIBA stages 0-4 on rail, commercial, and residential projects. She is skilled in various CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
George Berry
Architectural Assistant
George is an architectural assistant whose experience includes a number of rail, residential and commercial projects across the North West. He has recently finished studies at the University of Central Lancashire and is a Master of Architecture graduate. George has also gained strong surveying experience whilst undertaking surveys for the Accessibility for All scheme across many railway stations in the North of England. George is particularly skilled at using AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit and model-making to communicate design ideas, and he has good knowledge of working through RIBA Work Stages 1-5
Tej Deshmukh
Architectural Technician
Tej is a dedicated architectural Technician, who recently earned her Masters degree in Digital Architecture and Construction from Nottingham Trent University. With her passion for architecture and design, she has honed a good foundation in technical detailing. Tejs commitment to community focused design has led her to explore cutting-edge realms such as parametric modelling, crowd movement calculations and energy simulations. Her role involves seamlessly integrating architectural planning with the delivery of construction and technical drawings. Proficient in an array of software tools, including Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, AutoCAD and Sketchup.
