As part of our services, Seed Architects adheres Construction, Design and Management (CDM) regulations into our projects, which are assured by our Principal Designers. Our fully qualified Principal Designers offer Client CDM Advisor Services and Construction Health and Safety Consultancy to the highest standard of service. Our practice ensures the protection of the employee health and safety during our construction projects by developing a comprehensive CDM plan that outlines safety measures and risk management strategies. During the construction stage, our Principal Designers attend the site monthly to ensure that the CDM plan is being followed while the works are being carried out.

As a result, our clients are re-assured with risk mitigation, a smooth planning approval process and seamless construction procedures on site.
