We specialise in rail, commercial and residential architectural projects, and we work to bring your projects to life. All members of the team, no matter what their level, take a personal interest in their projects with continual design team and client dialogue.
Gary Seed
Director
Gary has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is a founding Director of the R.I.B.A. Chartered Seed Architects. With overall responsibility for the continual development of Rail Sector projects, Gary takes a hands-on approach in the direction of all projects from inception to completion with continual Client liaison.
Rob Hotchkiss
Director
Rob has over 25 years’ experience working at various award winning practice’s in Manchester, most notably 10 years+ at Stephenson Bell, and Project Team Leader at International Architects Chapman Taylor. Sectors of residential, retail, hotels, educational and commercial office covered. With a knowledge base of delivering high profile complex buildings, he is committed to developing exactly what the client desires, be it a private developer or multinational contractor.
Guida Ferreira
Associate Director
Guida is a dynamic and ambitious architect with design and development flair needed to plan, coordinate, and be involved in all phases of an architectural project. With almost 20 years of experience in the business, Guida has a good knowledge of working throughout all GRIP and RIBA Work Stages taking the Associate Director role mainly on the Rail sector projects from inception to completion.
David Rojo
Project Architect
David is a versatile professional who has been working for the architectural industry for over 10 years, collaborating with home and international studios, and being involved in projects in several countries around Europe. He has extensive experience in jobs concerning both new building and restoration, mainly residential and commercial but also office, hospitality, and industrial schemes.
Over the last 6 years working in the UK, he has been involved with concept designing and the planning process, liaising with clients, consultants and planning authorities and has overseen projects to successful completions from start to finish.
Roy O. Amorue
BIM Lead/Architectural Designer
Roy is a qualified architect in UAE with more than 10 years experience in the middle east and Africa honing his skills in concept to detailed design and obtaining planning permission. His passion for improved managing of design and construction information and processes has led him to dedicate himself to BIM along with the latest ISO standards and seek innovative ways of implementing these tools and processes in the industry.
Kamila Bochenska
Architectural Assistant
Kamila is an Architectural Assistant who recently completed her Masters in Architecture at Manchester School of Architecture. During her studies, she developed passion for high quality, user-centred design delivering studio projects in the education, cultural and residential sectors. Kamila’s role includes architectural planning and designing whilst also working closely with the team across RIBA stages 0-4 on rail, commercial, and residential projects. She is skilled in various CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Ela Nejranowska
Architectural Assistant
Elzbieta is an experienced Architectural Designer with over six years in UK rail infrastructure, creating high-quality design solutions that combine practicality with good design. She focuses on concept development, space planning, and detailed design while working closely with different teams to deliver successful projects. With a strong engineering background, she is skilled in 3D visualization and architectural modeling, using software like MicroStation, OpenBuildings Designer, REVIT, Twinmotion, and Photoshop. She has worked on a range of projects from early ideas to final completion, showing her ability to handle complex design tasks. Always eager to learn, she quickly adapts to new technologies to improve and streamline the design process.

Nathasha is an enthusiastic and dedicated Part II Architectural Assistant with a passion for design excellence and sustainability. Her educational background includes a Master of Architecture from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor of Science Honors in Architecture from SLIIT School of Architecture, Sri Lanka. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has honed her proficiency in a variety of software tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite, enabling to contribute effectively to project development and contributed to a diverse range of projects, from residential to commercial and leisure developments.
Jamil Maitchell-Lunt
Architectural Assistant Part 1
Jamil is an initiative-taking and hardworking Part I Architectural Assistant with a drive for human interaction and environmental design. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Honors in Architecture from Sheffield Hallam University and with prospects of completing a Master’s in Architecture. Throughout his academic and in- practice experiences, he has gained a variety of software skills, including Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, Virtual Environment, and Adobe Creative Suite, enabling the ability to work efficiently towards project developments and contribute to team environments on a wide range of projects, from residential to retail and commercial developments.
Maya Placzkiewicz
Architectural Assistant Technologist
Maya is a committed placement student currently in her third year at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, studying Architectural Technology. She has a strong interest in modern, innovative design, and sustainable building practices. During her time at university, she has developed proficiency in several industry-standard software packages, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign. She is also particularly passionate about architectural visualization, with experience using Enscape and Lumion. Her academic work has involved contributing to projects across a range of sectors, from residential to commercial developments. With a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude, Maya is enthusiastic about continuing to learn and further develop her skills within the architectural industry.
