Project Description
Anchorage Chambers is home to Reflexion Shisha Lounge and is situated in Salford Quays adjacent to the Erin basin. Prior to our proposal it existed as a 2-storey building with our proposal set to add an extra 4 storeys. The shisha lounge will remain on the ground floor, with offices on the second floor then floors 3 & 4 will include 10 luxury apartments in what will be known as “Anchorage Heights Apartments”.
The proposed design captures the character of the contextual buildings and incorporates glass and steel facades with biophilic sustainable features on the south elevation facing the existing tower.
