Project Description
The proposal for the Tite & Locke bar in the redundant Platform 3 building of Lancaster Station included 4 table seating areas. There is main bar area, adjacent to the main entrances, and a coffee station. The client intends to incorporate an exposed ‘beer cellar’ into the bar area, creating an immersive experience for the customers. The small room, containing casks and kegs, needed to be significantly cooler than the seating area.
An outdoor seating area was proposed, adjacent to the car park, with the main entrance from the car park running through the space. The proposal also included a bin store and LPG gas store for the LPG gas stoves.
