Project Description
The proposal for Bridgeman Place Works, is a mixed-use development to create a landmark residential extension and refurbishment to the main building, with a coffee shop at ground floor (entered from North elevation). Renovating the more contemporary extension building to include a café and retail unit, with a new kitchen extension and new entrance constructed. Whilst demolishing the later infill extension to create a new private courtyard with the main residential entrance and retaining the existing office accommodation building.
The building extension is well suited to the location improving the aesthetic of the local area and helping to kick start the regeneration of the neighbourhood.
It is well situated for residential, retail, café and commercial development; conveniently located close to the town centre with great pedestrian, cycle and public transport links for the modern resident of Bolton.
